5 star auto repair facility!!! Thanks Rusty for helping my wife and I out when we really needed it. I would bring all my business to them if I lived in Iowa. My water pump blew on the highway while I was on my way to Colorado. Rusty set me up a tow for my vehicle and even picked my wife and I up since the tow service couldn't due to Covid restrictions. I was on time restraints and Rusty and his crew got me in and out with no problems.

The customer service was such a breath of fresh air! I felt well cared for as they did a thorough inspection of my vehicle before a last minute trip. They were able to get my car in same day and called to talk through things they recommend to fix before the trip vs things that could wait. And they delivered my car back to my home and took pmt over the phone. My car drove so much better on the road and it handled so good in winter driving conditions. The price was reasonable as well. Very impressed with the service!

Excellent service! Smith Automotive made getting my car fixed a good experience. They demonstrated professional concern and worked with me both on the cost and the expediency of the repairs.

I had a problem with my car and Aaa towed my car to smith automotive and they sent me pictures and details on my car. They tested out my car to make sure it was running good. They were really nice when i talked to them. Also they were really cool about being a stand in for me when Aaa towed my car to my house. Because I couldn't get there.
