If you want superior vehicle service, go see Smith Automotive and ask for Ben Rogers. Not only will he provide your vehicle with the love and attention it needs, he will also fix your cell phone with super glue (Gorilla brand, of course). While your vehicle is being serviced, you can enjoy the plethora of snacks and beverages in the waiting area, and may even be lucky enough to get a visit from Rocky (the adorable, sweet and well-mannered office canine). Rusty, Jenn and Zach will provide you with the entertainment and laughter you need while you patiently wait for your beloved vehicle to be serviced. The service is stellar and ambience is second to none.
Very good when I drove in. However, 2 days later when I called 2 different times during the day--leaving a message the second time--I did not receive a return call.
Initially I scheduled an appointment for clearing check engine and tire pressure sensor lights. I also asked for LOF, tire balance and rotation. There were issues that needed rescheduling with alignment. The dash error lights were never address to fix. When I called and addressed this I was told they would discuss it and I would need to reschedule. This type of service I don’t need!!! The only thing done was an oil change. They didn’t even change the air filter that I said was ok to change.
They'll rip you off, replace parts for no reason or break your transmission, just avoid this shop and go literally anywhere else. AVOID

Paid 400$ to learn nothing waste of time
Seth. I am sorry you did not have a good experience at Smith Automotive. I pulled your repair records. I see that we did 1 hour of testing. During our testing we went as far as we could without disassembling the engine. You gave us authorization to remove the cylinder head to see what was going on. My tech was an hour into the job and you called to cancel. We charged you that hour for disassembly and reassembly. I also spoke with you on the phone. I explained everything that we did that was documented on the repair order. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to call. 515-265-4141.
