They came through for me when I had an "on the road" breakdown. Completed radiator replacement service the same day. Always pleasant and thorough.

Great place to do business with! Friendly customer service! Went in on Monday 15th of July @ about 2:30 pm with air conditioning problems. They checked to evaluate the problem and found out what needed to fixed. I approved te job to be done. Since it was too late in the day to order parts they gave me a loaner and had it ready by the next day. I would recommend Smith Auto for service!

Asked for a u joint replacement. They told me it’s 180 dollars for an inspection to verify that it was indeed a u joint. They said they’d need to drop the differential… for what I don’t know. 6 hours later they hadn’t even gotten me a quote on how much it would cost. I told you what the problem was if you just do what the customer asks that would be nice. Zero efficiency. Also if you don’t know much about cars avoid this place at all costs they will scam u out of money. UPDATE: These dummies can’t even put an oil filter on right. Couple weeks after an oil change and the oil filter was 2 full turns loose. Do not trust these morons with your car!!!!!!!!

An error was made in my repair. But they owned it and made things right. Even delivered my car back to me. Offered to pay my tow bill to get my car back to them. Will return.
