Initially I scheduled an appointment for clearing check engine and tire pressure sensor lights. I also asked for LOF, tire balance and rotation. There were issues that needed rescheduling with alignment. The dash error lights were never address to fix. When I called and addressed this I was told they would discuss it and I would need to reschedule. This type of service I don’t need!!! The only thing done was an oil change. They didn’t even change the air filter that I said was ok to change.

They'll rip you off, replace parts for no reason or break your transmission, just avoid this shop and go literally anywhere else. AVOID

Paid 400$ to learn nothing waste of time

We have an old vehicle that needs a lot of work done. When we hit the $5,000 mark they called us up so we could make a hard informed decision. My husband was less than pleased but I know from first hand experience that sometimes clients don't want to hear the ugly news. They were upfront and honest with us and I will be back for other repairs!

Passing through and stopped at Casey’s down the street and noticed oil leaking. They came and got under my car and evaluated then tested and fixed. I was recovering from stage 4 cancer. Folks, they didn’t charge me a thing. I was speechless! I’ll always remember and am greatful we still have good people doing amazing things for others. Thank you Smith. Your a blessing I will pass forward.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Smith Automotive. Rusty was very informative and kept us updated on the work they were doing. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and they were kind enough to provide a car for me to borrow while the work was being done. They were honest and understanding and allowed us to decide what repairs we wanted to make without making us feel obligated to do other work. Highly recommend for any auto repair or service needs! Plus their puppy is such a good greeter at the desk!! We will be back!

I had taken my vehicle to another automotive business and was growing extremely frustrated with them. I contacted Smith Automotive and right off the bat their customer service was top notch. They quickly got my vehicle in and did a full inspection. The other place had told me I needed a new pigtail for my headlight and Smith’s said not the case, changed the headlight bulb and guess what? It worked! They saved me money and were honest people! With their inspection they provide you with a detailed write up on any issues they find complete with pictures so you can see for yourself! They have definitely won my business and I will send all my friends, family and neighbors their way!
