This place is severely over priced. The owner literally told me he has to charge so much to keep the lights on. They clearly have more money than they know what to do with and it's no wonder with their prices. My car had broken down and I needed to get it towed and Smith's was suggested to me. I only found out after the estimate that it may be the most expensive place in town. The owner had clearly never looked at my car and did not come through with the promise to inspect it. I got a new alternator, belt and battery and paid over $1000! I feel more than ripped off. I would have towed elsewhere but after paying the first tow, the $100+ to "look at it" I was already into them for $200 and after paying towing again it would have been a wash. Definitely will never use this place again - unless what they replaced breaks down, lol!

Great and affordable shop! Everyone is very nice.

I work close by, so it's incredibly convenient being able to drop off my car at the beginning of the work day and know it'll be back and running before I'm done. They've been transparent on pricing and repair needs, never felt pushed or hassled into getting services I didn't need. Overall great service, speedy, and will treat you right! Never left me in the dark about what was happening at any point during the process. Smith even loaned me a car one night while we were waiting on a part to come in, making sure I didn't have any interruption to my normal routine.

They do a great job and the priceis right as well!

Good quality work. I have used them in the past, and the rest of my family has been using them over the years, and have never felt we have been taken advantage of. Friendly group of skilled mechanics.
