The lady on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped off my car the night before, and it was promptly taken into their garage early the next morning. Their communication was on point. Their techs like Zack are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They diagnosed my car and gave me their best recommendations. I did not feel pressured. I definitely plan to do business with them in the future.

They got me in quickly on an emergent issue and did what they do best-excellent work. Since I had an oil change scheduled for the following week, they just took care of it, all while short staffed. These folks are the best.

Excellent service, and very professional work. Some of the repairs are very competitively priced, but some are a little bit more expensive. Fortunately there is a pretty good warranty, and the somewhat higher prices are offset by some of the “free” perks (like a loaner vehicle without extra charge).

The crew at smith’s went out of the the way to help me when my dodge stranded me on the side of the road. Hooked me up w a loaner Prius and went over all the detail’s about fixing my dodge, also enjoyed the adorable 4 legged shop canine (rocky) . They have a customer for life.

Double check any quote you receive. Got a quote for $200 for a speed sensor replacement. Ended up doing it in auto zone parking lot for $20 and 7 minutes of my time. They also tried quoting me over $1000 dollars for a repair. The part was $70 and repair took all of 20 minutes. $200 for differential fluid service. Again $30 in fluid and 15 minutes it’s fixed. All in all they wanted $1400 for $120 worth of parts and an hours worth of time. Sad….

They made a bunch of exceptions and worked me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road home on my schedule. They have top notch customer service and operate a very clean reputable shop.
